Our dentists
Five Singapore-registered dentists. Each page lists exactly which treatments that dentist provides, and which they refer to a colleague — so you can ask for the right person the first time.
Dr JD TanDentistBDS (Singapore). Dr Tan established Calm Dental to work the way he thought dentistry should be practised: longer appointments, findings shown on screen rather than described, and treatment planned around what a tooth actually needs.
Dr Joanne OuDentistBDS. Dr Ou sees families — often three generations of the same one, in the same week. Over a decade in practice, including KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She also provides gum treatment.
Dr Austin ChanDentistBDS. Dr Chan handles the surgical and reconstructive end of the practice: implants, wisdom teeth and full-mouth rehabilitation. Also provides Invisalign. Trained in New Zealand, with postgraduate study in occlusion and reconstruction. English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Dr Daniel TeoDentistBDS (Singapore). Implants, wisdom teeth and ceramic restorations, plus Invisalign. Particular experience in laser and computerised dentistry. English and Mandarin.
Dr Annabelle TongDentistBDS (Singapore). Early childhood dentistry, Phase 1 orthodontics, Invisalign, root canal treatment and wisdom teeth. English and Mandarin.
